Starting in 2021, the Chapel in the Hills Women's Guild started providing a community Easter Basket give away.  That year 50 baskets were given to families as they were picking up food at the Crisis Bread Basket here in Wimberley next to the Bookshire Brother's parking lot.

This year, 2025, the Women's Guild prepared 100 Easter Baskets and gave them out to families at the Crisis Bread Basket and Amigos de Jesus here in Wimberley.
