Chapel in the Hills!
We are a
Christian community of believers worshiping together in a positive
fellowship.
We are an interdenominational, ecumenical church where many Christian denominations are represented. We embrace all who believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and Savior of the world as fellow Christians, sharing the ministry of the Gospel and the building of God's kingdom on earth. Prayer is a major stronghold among our membership, and the Lord's Table is open to all. We started out in 1949 and called ourselves The Wimberley Community Church. A few years later, we changed our name to Chapel in the Hills, but our mission to serve God wherever there is a need remained the same. Chapel in the Hills is an independent church guided by our pastor and an elected church board which meets monthly to discuss the spiritual and business matters of the church. Please join us in your search for Christ's will in your life. We are all pilgrims, walking this same road, all of us with our joys, hopes, doubts and sorrows.

loved you." We strive to live by that precept; in that spirit, the Chapel annually
dedicates 15% of its income to our Missions and Benevolence charitable gifts
program.
